Valor Jobs is a platform designed to connect veterans, first responders, and skilled trades professionals with employment opportunities. Our mission is to serve those who have served our communities by helping them find meaningful work.
ELIGIBILITY
To use our Services, you must
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
USER ACCOUNTS
When you create an account, you agree to
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
PLATFORM PURPOSE
Valor Jobs serves as a connection platform between job seekers and employers. We do not
- Guarantee employment or job placement
- Verify the accuracy of all job listings
- Guarantee the quality or reliability of any employer or worker
- Serve as an employer or employment agency
USER CONDUCT
You agree not to
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' use of the Services
CONTENT
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant Valor Jobs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.
PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
