In your last 180 days of service, train with a civilian employer — including construction partners — while keeping full military pay.

DoD SkillBridge lets transitioning service members gain civilian work experience through industry training, apprenticeships or internships during their last 180 days of service — while continuing to receive military pay and benefits. Construction partners include the UA Veterans in Piping (VIP) program for plumbing, pipefitting and welding.
