Work Ethic Scholarship

The mikeroweWORKS Work Ethic Scholarship helps close the skills gap by funding training for people who want to learn a trade. In 2026 the foundation is awarding $10 million toward welding, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, construction and dozens of other in-demand skilled-trade programs.

This program is operated by MIKEROWEWORKS FOUNDATION, not by ValorJobs. Enrollment, scheduling, pricing and instruction are handled by the provider. When you register interest, ValorJobs shares your name and email with them so they can follow up.
