Barrett Paving Materials Inc. is seeking a Loader Operator to join our team at our Jamesville Asphalt Plant. As a Loader Operator, you will safely operate a front-end loader to supply the plant with aggregate by loading the cold-feed bins. Main responsibilities include operating a front-end loader to safely load aggregate into cold-feed bins for the asphalt plant, maintaining steady material flow to support continuous plant production, keeping the yard, stockpiles, and loading areas organized and free of hazards, performing daily inspections and basic preventive maintenance on the loader, and following all plant safety guidelines while promptly reporting any issues or incidents.

Requirements

▸Able to work in wet and/or dry conditions and extreme heat and cold
