Concrete Coating Installer

Blue Bros Concrete Coatings is seeking an Entry-Level Installer to join our growing team. No experience is required—we will provide training. Duties include surface preparation, concrete grinding, repairing cracks and pits, applying coating systems, flake broadcasting, job site cleanup, and assisting lead installers. Must be reliable, able to lift 50+ lbs, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude. Coating experience is a plus but not required. Opportunity for advancement and increased pay based on performance.
